Serving Alcohol to a minor gets you Involuntary... →
The State Law Enforcement Division said Thursday that 33-year-old Walter Acosta served alcohol to Gaffney-19-year-old Erica Sellers during a private party in August at the Minnow Creek Restaurant in Gaffney. Authorities say Sellers later ran off the road and was ejected from her vehicle.
Acosta is charged with involuntary manslaughter. He could face up to five years in prison.
